I rode the TT last night hoping to get the legs going for the Tour of KC. I've been feeling pretty flat for the past week so I'm hoping a short 10K TT will open up the legs. Plenty of guys missing this month, most are probably resting up for the weekend.

And then there's this...........................
Yes, here's Dan, spotted in Wilber, Ne with a host of other unsavory guys dressed lycra. Looks like he's discoverd the Kolachies and the story has it they were headed into the bar for some refreshments. Nothing like an ethnic festival for a reason to ride 60 miles. Dan's looking fit so watch out this cross season!

.....not just any refreshments mind you, but an original Czech Pilsner-Urquell....what better way to top off homemade Czech kolaches at Czech days in Wilber! Bike riding with friends, good food and good beer.........it doesn't get any better!
Thanks to Marc and TK for letting me tag along....I'm not sure how 'fit' I am, Troy's camera phone is too kind.
